Senior Construction Manager at AtkinsRéalis, overseeing high-end buildings projects in Umluj, KSA (remote location).

Role Purpose
Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high-end building projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high-end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
Site Operations & Supervision
- Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
- Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Proven experience of 15+ years managing high residential and hotel projects in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards and quality control.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
