Role Overview
Senior Construction Manager (Quality) at AtkinsRéalis. This role oversees and coordinates all on-site activities for high-end infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Role Purpose
To lead all on-site construction activities on high-end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance while managing stakeholder relationships and resolving technical and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high-end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
Operations & Site Management
- Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
- Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.
- Enforce strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards and quality control.
Resource & Stakeholder Management
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Proven experience of 20–25 years in managing high-end infrastructure projects.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards and quality control.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
