Role Purpose
Lead construction execution and on-site manpower management to deliver planned progress on Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Manpower Management
- Lead all indirect and direct manpower on site.
- Deliver planned progress according to project schedule and requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 25 years or more experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Construction Manager in Oil & Gas Projects.
- At least 5 years' experience working as a Senior Construction Manager in Middle East countries.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership quality to manage and direct on-site teams.
