Role Purpose
Lead the full construction lifecycle of luxury developments with 20+ years of progressive experience managing complex, premium developments. Ensure flawless execution, exceptional quality, and uncompromising attention to detail across all projects to the highest international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the full construction lifecycle of luxury developments, from mobilization to handover.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies aligned with premium project standards.
- Monitor progress, productivity, and workmanship against demanding luxury benchmarks.
- Manage project budgets with a focus on value engineering without compromising luxury standards.
Quality & Design Execution
- Ensure flawless delivery of high-end finishes, bespoke designs, and luxury specifications.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations with a focus on precision, craftsmanship, and quality.
- Champion meticulous attention to detail across all construction activities.
- Collaborate closely with QA/QC teams to maintain exceptional craftsmanship and finishes.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, UAE building codes, and luxury-grade quality standards.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Proactively identify risks and implement timely corrective measures.
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Foster a proactive safety culture across all teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure rigorous implementation of risk assessments and method statements.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, consultants, designers, and contractors.
- Coordinate seamlessly with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders on progress and key issues.
- Review subcontractor performance and certify works for payment.
- Support resolution of contractual, commercial, and procurement matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 20+ years of progressive experience in construction project execution.
- Proven experience delivering luxury, high-end, or premium projects such as luxury villas, palaces, high-end residential towers, or bespoke developments.
- Minimum 8+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong track record of delivering projects in the UAE or GCC region.
- Master's degree, PMP, or equivalent advanced certifications are highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in construction methodologies, premium finishes, and luxury project execution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction regulations and local authority requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including with high-profile clients.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple complex priorities with composure.
