Role Overview
Senior Commercial Manager (EOI) at JASARA PMC. This role oversees all commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects, ensuring efficient delivery on budget and aligned with organizational objectives.
Role Purpose
Lead commercial strategy and execution across mixed-use development projects. Drive contract management, procurement, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to deliver project success in a complex environment while representing JASARA PMC's commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Own end-to-end contract administration and negotiation.
Procurement & Financial Management
- Establish and optimize procurement strategies.
- Monitor budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
Risk Management
- Assess and mitigate risks in large-scale projects using established risk management processes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Partner across departments to coordinate cross-functional activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects.
- Proven track record in end-to-end contract administration and negotiation.
- Strong experience in procurement, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient with commercial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies.
