Role Purpose

Lead all business analysis activities across large-scale digital transformation and enterprise platform projects, serving as the primary BA project lead and client-facing point of contact while mentoring other Business Analysts and ensuring alignment between business objectives, value streams, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Requirements

• Facilitate and manage discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions in Arabic and English.
• Drive requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and traceability across engagements.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead and govern all business analysis activities across the project.
• Act as the primary BA project lead and client-facing point of contact.
• Mentor and guide other Business Analysts assigned to the engagement.

Strategic Alignment

• Ensure alignment between business objectives, value streams, and solution design.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Proven experience in Senior BA or Lead BA roles with hands-on delivery.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise platform projects.
• Strong CRM domain knowledge.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Creatio CRM (a plus).

• Ability to work on-site in KSA and comply with local employment regulations is required.
