Role Purpose

Support the Strategy PMO Senior Managers in managing, monitoring, steering, and tracking projects to ensure implementation and successful completion within defined time, budget, and scope. Assist in day-to-day operations of the Group Project Management Office (PMO), rolling out and championing project management methodology, processes, procedures, tools and templates across the QNB Group portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Monitoring

Support Strategy PMO Senior Managers in managing and monitoring planned, ongoing, and ad hoc projects.
Steer and track projects to ensure successful completion within defined time, budget, and scope.
Assist in day-to-day operations of the Group Project Management Office (PMO) for all planned, ongoing, and ad hoc projects in QNB.

Reporting & Governance

Prepare management information reports on all planned and ongoing projects on a continuous and ad hoc basis as directed.

Methodology & Process Rollout

Assist in rolling out and championing the overall project management methodology, processes, procedures, tools and templates.
Manage the overall project portfolio within QNB Group.

Learning & Development

Learn and acquire knowledge of comprehensive project management methodology and associated standards, tools, templates and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor degree from a top-tier university with focus on business administration, finance or science.
Qatari graduate with minimum 2 years' experience.
Basic understanding of project methodology and approach such as Prince II and/or PMP is an advantage, as is any certification.
Proven academic record of accomplishment or work experience in a strategy-consulting environment or similar environment of a well-renowned international financial services related institution.
High degree of methodological-conceptual skills.
Well-developed numerical, analytical and evaluation skills.
