Role Overview
Senior Associate - Interior Design at Fa Ewnp Saasfaprod1. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates, with project work across Saadiyat, Yas, and Dubai.
Role Purpose
To conduct comprehensive interior design reviews, manage consultant and supplier relationships, oversee site implementation, and ensure all projects meet client expectations and timelines while maintaining strong communication and collaboration across the design team.
Key Responsibilities
Design Reviews
- Conduct thorough interior design reviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
- Provide insightful feedback to the design team for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Meet regularly with consultants to discuss project updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Act as a liaison to convey client preferences and feedback.
- Conduct meetings with suppliers to explore new materials, discuss project requirements, and negotiate terms.
Site Oversight
- Attend site visits for specific projects, focusing on sample reviews and addressing any on-site challenges.
- Ensure the implementation of design concepts aligns with the established vision.
Project Delivery
- Prioritize and manage time effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved within the designated timeframes.
- Uphold a commitment to finishing projects on time, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Undertake various adhoc tasks related to interior design projects as required.
- Adapt to changing project needs and contribute proactively to project success.
Communication and Teamwork
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team across projects in Saadiyat, Yas, and Dubai.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture required.
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in interior design project management or a related role.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting project deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse project requirements.
- Familiarity with interior design processes and materials.
Additional Information
- Regular office-based working hours with some site visits required.
