Role Overview

Senior Associate - COD Supply Chain - DC Operations at Landmark Group, Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role covers Babyshop COD operations within the RNA CDC.

Role Purpose

Deliver, unload, assemble, and install Babyshop products at customer locations while maintaining safety standards, verifying product integrity, and ensuring professional customer service throughout the delivery and installation process.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Installation

• Deliver, unload, assemble, and install Babyshop products such as baby cribs, wardrobes, chest of drawers, strollers, and car seats at customers' locations.
• Ensure all items are assembled correctly, securely fitted, stable, and safe for use, with particular attention to child-safety requirements.
• Demonstrate basic product usage, folding, adjustment, and safety features of strollers and car seats where required.

Quality & Verification

• Verify products, accessories, fittings, and installation requirements before completion.
• Report any damage, shortage, or missing parts immediately.

Property & Safety Management

• Handle products, tools, vehicles, and customer property carefully to prevent damage during transportation and installation.
• Maintain cleanliness at the customer's premises and remove packaging materials.

Customer Service

• Obtain customer confirmation after successful delivery and installation.
• Follow professional customer-service practices at all times.

Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and supervisors to complete assigned deliveries within scheduled time slots.
• Support dismantling, returns, replacements, reinstallation, loading, unloading, and related warehouse activities when required.

Compliance

• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and grooming standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
• Basic experience in carpentry, furniture assembly, installation, or home delivery preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read assembly instructions and use basic hand tools safely.
• Basic communication and customer-service skills.
• Physically fit to handle, carry, and assemble products such as cribs, wardrobes, chest of drawers, strollers, and car seats.
