Role Overview
Senior Architect at AECOM, based in Dubai. You will lead the design and delivery of transformative projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create built environments that seamlessly blend aesthetic vision with functionality and sustainability.

Role Purpose
To develop comprehensive architectural design concepts and master plans, oversee implementation from concept through completion, and ensure designs meet regulatory compliance and sustainability standards across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development
- Develop comprehensive architectural design concepts and master plans for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects using industry-standard design software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms.
- Conduct detailed site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project strategy.
Project Delivery
- Oversee architectural implementation from concept through completion, ensuring designs meet regulatory compliance and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects that balance innovation with practical functionality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or equivalent senior design role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in architectural design software and BIM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects from conception to delivery.
