Role Overview
Security Supervisor, General Security (VAJ-SR) with Emaar.

Role Purpose
Carry out supervisory duties to safeguard property, provide a safe working environment, and act on matters affecting the security and safety of all properties and guests. Supervise daily security operations and activities for effective management of all physical security aspects of Emaar Hospitality Group assets.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supervision
- Oversee daily activities and operations during the shift.
- Supervise outsourced security personnel on duty.
- Ensure security and safety tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Evaluate security operation requirements.
- Prioritize, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
- Delegate tasks, projects, investigations, and inspections.
Standards & Compliance
- Ensure all operational tasks and responsibilities in security are conducted in line with service and safety standards and procedures.
Incident & Risk Management
- Manage incident response and resolution.
- Conduct operational threat and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents.
- Monitor service provider efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in security industry or as a security guard; UAE experience required.
- Minimum 2 months documented formal Security Training, or 5 years' experience in similar role in another country including military or law enforcement agencies.
- Minimum completion and certificate of 12 years of Secondary Education.
