Role Purpose

Ensure guest, team member, and facility safety while delivering memorable experiences that define exceptional hospitality. Lead security operations and supervise the security team to maintain a safe and secure hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Security Patrols & Monitoring

• Monitor interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.

Emergency Response & Incident Management

• Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.

Team Leadership & Development

• Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards and Officers.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Encourage adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members.

Operational Support

• Step in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required.
