Role Purpose

Actively participate in the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property while managing access control and coordinating security team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Patrol

• Actively participate in day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property.
• Patrol the areas of responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
• Check all current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty and remain aware of daily operations of the hotel.

Access Control & Monitoring

• Monitor and control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors leaving or entering the hotel through the staff entrance.
• Record and control all visitors' belongings and items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back-of-house areas.

Team Leadership & Training

• Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guards, ensuring their performance meets expectations.
• Assist in training related to the resort emergency procedures when needed.

External Relations & Discretion

• Work with local law enforcement when needed.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in 5-star luxury hotels and resorts.
• Holding Sira Security License is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong English language skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
