Role Purpose

Supervise and coordinate security operations at the property, ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical areas, maintaining service standards, responding to incidents and emergencies, and promoting a culture of safety and vigilance across the security team and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination

• Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, ensuring coverage of all critical areas.
• Assist in training new security officers on standard operating procedures and emergency protocols.

Performance Monitoring

• Observe team performance, provide feedback, and conduct on-the-job coaching to maintain service standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among team members through regular briefings and awareness programs.

Access Control Oversight

• Monitor access control points, verify identification procedures, and ensure compliance with protocols.

Incident Response & Reporting

• Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations for audit purposes.

Operations & Support

• Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and report deficiencies promptly.
• Assist Duty Manager in implementing security plans for events and VIP movements.
• Work with other departments to resolve security-related concerns and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher secondary education.
• Two to four years in security operations, ideally with team coordination experience.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers.
• Practical knowledge of access control, security patrols, incident response, emergency procedures, and security operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
