Role Overview
Security Officer for a residential property in Dubai operated by a sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai.
Role Purpose
Protect the residential property and its residents by controlling access, conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, and maintaining security and safety standards in accordance with property procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Access Control & Patrols
- Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
Incident Response & Coordination
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
- Coordinate with emergency services when required.
Resident & Guest Support
- Assist residents and guests with general information and directions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents for management review.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed in accordance with property standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador of the residence.
