Security Guard

Role Overview

Security Guard position at Ghobash Group, an industrial trading and chemical supply firm operating in Saudi Arabia as part of the Tawazon / Ghobash Group.

Role Purpose

Protect the company's employees, visitors, premises, assets, and property by maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring access, and responding appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Access Control & Monitoring

• Monitor and control access to the company premises.
• Check employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.
• Check doors, gates, windows, and other access points to ensure they are properly secured.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.

Patrols & Surveillance

• Conduct regular patrols of the building, office, and surrounding areas.

Incident Response & Reporting

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Report any suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, theft, damage, or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
• Coordinate with police, emergency services, or other authorities when necessary.

Safety & Support

• Support emergency evacuation and fire safety procedures.
• Assist employees and visitors when required while maintaining professional conduct.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
