Role Overview
Section Manager, Retail at Zara in Bangkok. Al Futtaim Group is seeking a Section Manager to join the Zara store in Mega Bangna to oversee daily store operations, lead sales teams, and maintain exceptional customer service standards while driving revenue growth and brand excellence.

Role Purpose
To manage day-to-day store operations and floor activities, lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Manage day-to-day store operations and floor activities while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Address operational challenges including inventory management, staffing coordination, and sales productivity
Sales & Revenue
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive revenue growth and brand excellence
Customer Service
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels
Development
- Start in a sales associate capacity to build operational knowledge before managing the full section
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven retail management experience with demonstrated sales leadership
- Strong visual merchandising and store display expertise
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage inventory and staffing effectively
