Role Overview

School Nurse at The Millennium School - Dubai, part of GEMS Education, supporting the health and wellbeing of the student community.

Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive first aid and medical care to students and staff, maintain health records, support health education initiatives, and coordinate with parents and external healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & First Aid

• Provide first aid and day-to-day medical care for students and staff

Health Records & Documentation

• Maintain accurate health records and documentation

Health Education & Wellbeing

• Support health education initiatives across the school

Stakeholder Liaison

• Liaise with parents and external healthcare providers as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognised nursing qualification with valid licensure
• Prior experience in a school or paediatric healthcare setting preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
