Role Purpose

Design and architect utility SCADA/EMS solutions, evaluate current system performance and topology, and develop technical specifications for future active-active Load Distribution Centers infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Review and Analysis

• Review current SCADA/EMS/GMS/DTS architecture, topology, redundancy and performance.

Architecture Design

• Design future active-active Load Distribution Centers architecture with database synchronization and failover logic.

Technical Documentation

• Develop technical specifications, RFP requirements and Emergency Control Center role assessment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control, or Computer Engineering.
• 5 or more years of experience with utility SCADA/EMS, including Hitachi NM or equivalent systems.
• Proven experience in dual-site or disaster recovery architecture design.
• Knowledge of CIM (IEC 61970/61968) considered an advantage.
