Saudi Engineer at AtkinsRéalis. This role is dedicated for Saudi Nationals under localization initiatives. The Engineer supports technical, site, and administrative tasks in road and infrastructure projects while gaining professional development and engineering exposure.

Role Purpose
To support engineering teams in road and infrastructure projects by assisting with technical reviews, site coordination, compliance monitoring, and project documentation while developing professional engineering capabilities through mentorship and structured training.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings and technical documents.
- Participate in inspections and measurements.
- Participate in quality and safety reviews.
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
Site Coordination & Compliance
- Assist in monitoring construction progress.
- Prepare reports and verify compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
Planning & Operations
- Support planning, scheduling, and quantity take-offs depending on assigned department.
- Support HSE activities depending on assigned department.
Professional Development
- Develop engineering skills through mentorship and training programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera (preferred).
- Commitment to professional development within infrastructure projects.
