Salon Technician

Role Overview

Salon Technician at MIRA Construction. Location: Dubai or UAE preferred.

Role Purpose

Deliver professional manicure and pedicure services while maintaining strict hygiene standards and ensuring excellent client satisfaction and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and foot care.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Assist with other beauty treatments based on individual skills and experience.

Client Experience

• Ensure excellent service quality and a positive client experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Hygiene & Sanitation

• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards for tools and equipment.
• Understand and apply safe handling protocols for salon equipment.

Workstation Management

• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow salon protocols and maintain professional service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in manicure and pedicure services.
• Strong practical knowledge of nail care, cuticle care, nail shaping, and pedicure treatments.
• Experience in facials, eyebrow shaping or threading, eyelash treatments, or other facial beauty procedures is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE are preferred.
