Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer Onsite in UAE - 6 Months Contract

Role Overview

Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer position in the UAE with Robusta on a 6-month contract basis.

Role Purpose

Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, translating business requirements into scalable technical implementations while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security principles, and governance guidelines.

Integration & Technical Operations

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Salesforce solutions.

Implementation Lifecycle

• Participate in the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, clients, solution architects, and technical teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and knowledge transfer where required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Solid development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integrations, and Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data model, and deployment practices.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are required.
