Role Overview
Sales Team Leader at Driven Properties. The role is based on-site with your assigned Sales Manager and team of Property Consultants.
Role Purpose
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–15 Property Consultants to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration across designated communities and areas.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Manage and mentor approximately 4–15 Property Consultants.
- Coach and develop agents while maintaining accountability and consistency.
- Lead by example through personal sales performance.
- Motivate team members and foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
Sales Performance & Support
- Support the team with prospecting, listings, viewings, negotiations, and overall performance.
- Monitor performance and track KPIs to guide the team towards success.
- Set goals and hold teams accountable to results.
Operations & Specialization
- Report directly to the assigned Sales Manager.
- Specialize in communities and areas designated by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain hands-on proficiency with CRM systems and use data to drive decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in real estate with team leadership or mentoring experience.
- Results-driven approach with ability to set goals and hold teams accountable.
- Proactive problem-solver with adaptability and ability to lead through change.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, performance tracking, and KPI monitoring.
- Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively.
