Role Purpose
Monitor VAS KPI reports on a daily basis, coordinate invoices with B2B vendors, and handle telesales for multi-products and services while managing customer inquiries and payments from partner banks.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Monitoring
- Monitor VAS KPI reports on a daily basis
- Monitor Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Turnaround Time (TAT) for Finance and Insurance leads
Finance & Vendor Management
- Coordinate invoices with B2B vendors
- Follow up and track payments from partner banks
Customer Service & Support
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide accurate answers and responses
- Record details of Non-Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken
- Handle telesales for VAS products and services
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum secondary education
- Automotive, banking, or sales support experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with the automotive industry
- Past experience using CRM software

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
