Role Overview
Sales Support Experienced Professional (UAE National) at Baker Hughes, Abu Dhabi.
Role Purpose
Manage customer assets, inventories, and purchase orders while coordinating with manufacturing plants, billing teams, and customers to ensure timely equipment delivery and accurate financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Asset Management
- Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries
- Track Purchase Order status
Manufacturing & Delivery Coordination
- Engage with manufacturing plants to follow up and ensure on-time equipment readiness
- Engage with the customer for delivery requirements and planning
Sales & Quotations
- Prepare and share quotations based on customer requests
- Create and submit sales invoices
Financial Management
- Prepare P&L sheet on monthly basis
- Engage with billing team for month closure
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 1-3 years of experience
- Legal entitlement to work within the UAE without company sponsorship
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Effective communication skills
Additional Information
- Work location: Abu Dhabi, 2-3 days per week on-site
- Flexible remote working available depending on assignment rotation
