Role Overview
Sales Supervisor All - Z at Tamer Group.
Role Purpose
Oversee and manage sales operations, team performance, and customer relationships across the assigned territory to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Management
- Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor individual and team performance against established goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to sales staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relations
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention across the portfolio.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Sales Operations
- Oversee daily sales activities and operations.
- Manage sales processes and workflows.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels as they relate to sales.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and analytics.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth potential.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
