Role Purpose
Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) products and services, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring solution alignment with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for ERP and ICT solutions.
- Sell ERP systems including Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Relationship Management modules.
- Sell ICT services including infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and upselling.
Needs Analysis & Solution Design
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client business processes and technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with presales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging ERP and ICT technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Networking from a Technical College.
