Role Overview

Role Purpose

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining accurate records and market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target and Performance

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Sales Execution

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in accordance with company policies.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Operations and Coordination

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a related role preferred.
