Role Overview
Sales Specialist - Indoor at PetroApp, based in Jeddah. This office-based position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop their career in a dynamic environment with no requirement for field visits or external travel.
Role Purpose
Generate new business opportunities and close sales agreements with B2B clients through outbound sales activities, relationship management, and solution-focused selling to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Tele sales experience is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
