Role Overview
Sales Representative at Aofgroup. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Role Purpose
To identify and convert potential clients into customers by pursuing new sales opportunities, presenting the company's products or services, and maintaining relationships that drive repeat business and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
Sales Execution
- Present, promote, and sell the company's products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience is a plus).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
