Role Overview
Sales Representative Retail - C at Tamer Group. This is a retail sales position focused on identifying selling opportunities and driving sales performance across multiple outlets and accounts.
Role Purpose
Identify selling opportunities and achieve sales targets and profitability by implementing sales fundamentals—distribution, shelving, display, and pricing—across different accounts and outlets while actively evaluating customer needs and maintaining superior in-store presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Visit all outlets on a daily basis according to scheduled plans.
- Implement sales fundamentals across all accounts: distribution, shelving, pricing, and displays.
- Achieve sales collection and targets by customer and product line against monthly and annual goals.
In-Store Presence & Inventory
- Ensure availability of all SKU ranges according to Retail Performance Standard (RPS).
- Establish superior in-store presence across all outlets.
- Monitor and report on stock expiries and damages.
Account Management
- Sign new opening account files for all customers and finalize them.
- Ensure proper monitoring and execution of customer trade contracts.
Reporting & Competitive Intelligence
- Provide reports on competitor activities, initiatives, and launches.
- Deliver clear reports on expired and damaged merchandise.
General Duties
- Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by management from time to time.
