Role Overview
Sales Representative Pharmacy at Tamer Group.
Role Purpose
Identify selling opportunities and achieve sales targets, profitability, and superior in-store presence by implementing sales fundamentals across different accounts and outlets while actively evaluating customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Visit all outlets on a daily basis according to scheduled plans.
- Implement sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing, and displays.
- Achieve sales collection and targets by customer and by product line as per monthly and annual targets.
- Identify selling opportunities across different accounts and outlets.
In-Store Presence & Stock Management
- Ensure availability of the full range of SKUs according to Retail Performance Standard (RPS) requirements.
- Establish superior in-store presence through proper execution of distribution, shelving, display, and pricing.
- Provide adequate reports on stock expiries and damages.
Customer & Account Management
- Sign new opening account files for all customers and finalize them.
- Ensure proper monitoring and execution of customer trade contracts.
- Actively evaluate customer needs.
Market Intelligence
- Provide reports on competition activities, initiatives, and launches.
