Role Overview

Sales Officer – International Assignment with Etihad Airways, based in Abu Dhabi with mandatory relocation to an overseas assignment location to be confirmed later.

Role Purpose

To support the Commercial team across Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management and related functions while gaining hands-on international experience. You will build commercial expertise, develop your skills and prepare for long-term career growth within a global airline.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development Support

• Support Sales and Business Development teams across different commercial areas of the business.
• Support sales initiatives, market analysis, customer engagement and commercial projects.
• Build a strong understanding of the business and customers through direct involvement.

Analysis and Insight

• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer insights.
• Support data-driven decision-making across the Commercial function.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work across teams to deliver commercial priorities and projects.

Development and Growth

• Take ownership of your development, demonstrating curiosity and adaptability.
• Show potential to grow into future Commercial leadership roles.
• Complete an international assignment, gaining first-hand experience of working in a different market and broadening your commercial perspective.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National (Family Book holder).
• Fresh graduate or professional with up to three years of experience.
• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
