Role Overview
Sales Officer at Emirates Islamic Bank in Dubai. The outbound department of the contact center is a revenue-generating unit that makes calls to existing bank customers to promote additional products, ensuring basic eligibility and needs are identified.
Role Purpose
Join the Outbound Sales team to serve as the valued point of contact for existing bank customers, promoting and selling the bank's selective products while projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation
- Make fresh outbound calls to generate new sale leads.
- Emphasize product advantages such as low interest rates, flexible repayment options, limited time offers, or other benefits to prompt immediate action.
- Follow-up on initial contacts as required to close the sale.
Customer Engagement
- Establish credibility by providing transparent information and addressing concerns honestly.
- Adopt a proactive and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Operations & Performance
- Focus on day-to-day operations and ensure that targets are being met by the end of each month.
- Proactively identify gaps in the journey and process and develop actionable plans to enhance them.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or any diploma.
- Previous experience in a Sales role is a plus.
