Role Purpose
To build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales across guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue and fill hotel capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management & Performance
- Manage daily sales activities and achieve individual sales targets.
- Produce and review sales reports to monitor performance.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Client Engagement & Negotiation
- Prepare sales proposals and conduct site inspections.
- Negotiate contracts with clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in marketing or related field.
- Two or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends.
- Fluency in local language(s) required.
- Additional languages preferred.
