Role Overview
Sales Manager – Specialty Coffee at Burjline Builders in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full-time position.
Role Purpose
Drive sales growth and business development in the specialty coffee sector by identifying and acquiring new B2B and corporate clients, executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and industry partners across the Saudi Arabian market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients.
- Develop business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and grow accounts.
Sales Operations
- Manage sales pipeline, targets, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the coffee/F&B industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong network within the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi coffee market.
