Role Overview
Sales Manager – Coffee Roastery with Burjline Builders, a coffee roastery company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full-time position.
Role Purpose
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue by identifying and acquiring new B2B clients, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Account Management
- Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
- Promote coffee beans, roasted coffee, and related products.
Sales Operations
- Handle sales negotiations, proposals, pricing, and closing.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in Coffee Roastery, Coffee, F&B, or FMCG.
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Strong network and established connections in the Saudi market.
- Good understanding of the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
