Role Purpose
Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective client relationship management, business development, and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage assigned accounts and work toward revenue targets.
- Present products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Client Management
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to assigned accounts.
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Administration
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- Report on sales performance and pipeline status to management.
- Prepare sales proposals and documentation as required.
