Role Overview
Sales Executive at Hilton, responsible for securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the hotel or cluster.
Role Purpose
As a Sales Executive, you will generate new business leads, expand existing customer accounts, and secure group and corporate bookings to drive revenue and deliver memorable hospitality experiences that brighten guests' stays.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams.
- Grow customer accounts by building relationships with existing customers and traveling locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel or cluster.
Sales Execution
- Negotiate and contract effectively to secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
- Respond to client enquiries by handling customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction.
Marketing & Collaboration
- Develop local marketing by supporting business growth through leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally by partnering with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
Reporting & Visibility
- Provide visibility into sales efforts by maintaining detailed records of sales activity and delivering timely updates to Sales leadership.
