SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

Sales Executive at Napco National. Position open to Saudi nationals only.

Role Purpose

Responsible for driving sales, collection, and growth within an assigned area and customer base as determined by management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Development

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers.
• Sell all potential customers within the territory.
• Detect and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
• Provide feedback on any competition activity within the assigned area.

Customer Service & Complaints

• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Reports to the team leader any problem or objection that occurred and could not be handled independently.

Operations & Documentation

• Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
• Issue special order requests upon need.
• Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle or business review before going to the market.
• Issue return forms for defected products if available and obtain approval from superior before actual return.
• Perform inventory check for every visit covering warehouses and shelves.

Collection & Reconciliation

• Collect invoices according to company's aging policy.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collection for the distributor or accountant.
• Review on quarterly basis customer account reconciliation and obtain customer signature and approval.
