Role Overview
Sales Executive at Napco National. The role is responsible for sales, collection, and growth for a specific area and assigned customer base.
Role Purpose
Drive revenue generation and customer satisfaction across an assigned territory by selling the full product range, managing customer relationships, collecting payments, and reporting market intelligence to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
- Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers.
- Identify and sell all potential customers within the assigned area.
- Detect and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
- Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
- Present customer orders to the team leader.
Collection & Financial Management
- Collect invoices according to company aging policy.
- Present daily collections to the distributor or accountant.
- Review quarterly customer account reconciliation and obtain customer signature and approval.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
- Perform inventory check for every visit covering warehouses and shelves.
- Issue special order requests upon need.
- Issue return forms for defected products if available and obtain approval from superior before actual return.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle or business review before going to market.
- Report any competition activity within the assigned area to management.
- Report any problems or objections that occur and cannot be handled to the sales team leader.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum High School degree.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar and related field.
