Role Overview
Sales Executive at Hilton, securing new business opportunities to drive revenue and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Role Purpose
Generate new business leads, grow customer accounts, and secure group and corporate bookings to drive revenue growth while building relationships with existing and prospective customers across the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams.
- Grow customer accounts by building relationships with existing customers and traveling locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel or cluster.
Sales Execution
- Negotiate and contract effectively to secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
- Respond to client inquiries by handling customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction.
Marketing & Collaboration
- Develop local marketing initiatives by supporting business growth and leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally by partnering with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
Reporting & Visibility
- Provide visibility into sales efforts by maintaining detailed records of sales activity and delivering timely updates to Sales leadership.
