SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

Sales Executive at Napco National. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Responsible for sales, collection, and growth within a specific assigned area and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Development

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers.
• Sell all potential customers in the territory.
• Detect and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
• Provide feedback on any competition activity within the area.
• Issue special order requests upon need.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Review quarterly basis customer account reconciliation and obtain customer signature and approval.

Collection & Documentation

• Collect invoices according to company aging policy.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collection reports to the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products if available and obtain approval from superior before actual return.

Preparation & Reporting

• Prepare all needed documents for call cycles or business reviews before going to market.
• Report to the team leader any problem or objection that occurred and could not be handled.
