Sales Executive

Role Overview

Sales Executive at Hilton. The role supports the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maximizing revenue across all hotel segments.

Role Purpose

Generate business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting the hotel's products and services. Drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the hotel in a professional manner.

Sales Execution

• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
• Conduct client visits and negotiate business opportunities.

Operations & Administration

• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales, Hospitality, or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and the local market is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
