Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Sales Engineer at Saeed Raddad Group, SHALALAT ELNASIEM (Operation) department. Acts as the bridge between the engineering team and customers, delivering tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring successful project implementation.

Role Purpose

Drive technical sales and support for industrial equipment by translating complex technical concepts into business value, managing the complete sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction through customized solutions and post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Develop and present technical proposals to clients in the industrial equipment sector.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies and margin analysis.
• Track sales metrics and forecast revenue for the department.

Product Demonstration & Training

• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, quotations, and reports.

Solution Customization & Support

• Collaborate with engineering to customize solutions based on client requirements.
• Provide post-sale technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Engagement

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales for industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Team player who can work cross-functionally.

Additional Information

• Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.
• Valid driver's license required.
