Role Overview

Sales Coordinator at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya. This position supports the marketing and sales departments in executing campaigns and achieving sales targets.

Role Purpose

Coordinate daily operations between marketing and sales teams, manage cross-departmental communication, assist with market research, and streamline sales processes to ensure smooth workflow and effective strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate marketing and sales activities to support campaign execution and sales goals.
• Organize meetings, events, and promotional activities.

Sales Support

• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Interpret sales data and market trends using basic analytical skills.

Cross-Departmental Communication

• Facilitate communication between marketing, sales teams, and other departments.

Equipment & Spare Parts

• Handle spare parts for coffee machines and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination or support roles.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
