Role Overview
Sales Coordinator at InterContinental Jeddah, IHG Hotels & Resorts, based in Jeddah.
Role Purpose
Support the sales team in generating revenue and driving business growth for the hotel by coordinating and executing sales activities, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Execution
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare sales proposals.
- Facilitate bookings for meetings, events, and accommodations.
- Coordinate and execute sales activities.
Client & Account Management
- Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Manage client accounts.
- Retain existing clients and attract new clients.
Operations & Administration
- Ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
- Maintain sales databases.
- Prepare reports.
Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Maximize revenue potential.
