Role Purpose
Generate leads, build client relationships, and close property sales and leasing deals by prospecting daily, understanding client needs, and matching them with the right real estate solutions while staying informed on market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Call potential landlords and sellers daily to develop new business opportunities.
- Network actively with landlords, sellers, buyers, and tenants to expand your client base.
Property Marketing & Listings
- Take professional photographs of properties.
- Write compelling listings for property portals to attract qualified prospects.
Client Management & Sales
- Understand client needs and match them with the right leasing solutions.
- Build trust through clear, consistent communication.
- Negotiate terms and close deals.
Market Intelligence
- Stay on top of market trends to inform client conversations and positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background in sales or client-facing roles.
- Valid driving license.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with resilience and passion for results and relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
