Role Overview
Sales Consultant at Alghanim Industries. The role develops new prospects and corresponds with existing customers to increase sales of the retailer's products and services.
Role Purpose
To drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by identifying and converting new prospects, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless transaction processes and post-sale engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Prospect for new customers
- Network by asking for referrals and following up on prospects through telephone prospecting and canvassing
- Capture prospect information and maintain a prospect database
- Address customer hesitation and resistance
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives
- Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
- Answer customers' questions on the phone or introduce or refer callers to the appropriate person
- Ensure customers' awareness of all products and services available
- Communicate with customers periodically to ensure that positive relationships are maintained
- Resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed
Transaction Management
- Calculate cost allowances, fees, financing costs and down payments to arrive at the price of a vehicle
- Ensure that the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately documented and registered
- Follow the Order-to-Delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction
Customer Handover & Engagement
- Conduct a memorable handover with the customer
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the sales field or in the hospitality sector
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Skills & Competencies
- Bilingual with good command of both English and Arabic
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented with genuine enjoyment of interaction with people
- High level of selling and convincing skills
- Team Player mentality
