Role Purpose

Deliver excellent customer service by identifying and addressing customer needs, demonstrating suitable products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards and cultivating long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through asking questions.
• Confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products.
• Recommend link products at every sale opportunity.
• Close the sale.
• Build relationships with key customers.

Transactions & Payment Processing

• Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers.
• Issue receipts and bills against customer purchases.
• Provide professional cash point service.

Customer Support & Complaints

• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after-sales policy.
• Escalate to management if necessary.

Product & Store Knowledge

• Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge.
• Stay current on fashion trends.
• Maintain awareness of in-store promotions.

Store Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.
• Maintain clean and organized display areas.
• Maintain clean and organized fitting rooms.
• Maintain clean and organized stock areas.
• Check stock levels daily.
• Inform Store Manager of depleting stocks to enable replenishment and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas.

Compliance & Database Management

• Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, and health and safety policies.
• Recruit customers for the database.
• Accurately enter customer details on the POS system.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification.
• 3 to 4 years retail sales or customer service experience.
